At BALABINKA, we offer only high-quality silver jewelry. According to the legislation of Ukraine, jewelry items are not subject to return or exchange. However, our company makes exceptions and offers a replacement or repair only in cases of manufacturing defects.

In case of mechanical damage, replacement or return is not available.

Exchanges & Returns Are Possible Only in the Following Cases:

1. You received an item different from what you ordered.

2. The item arrived in improper condition, including:

   • Damage caused during transportation

   • Manufacturing defects

3. The jewelry does not fit you for objective reasons (size or model mismatch), subject to approval and provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

Required for Warranty Replacement or Repair:

To process a warranty replacement or repair, you will need:

• Proof of purchase (electronic receipt sent to your email after payment)

• A valid identification document

• The original jewelry tag

Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty does not apply to items with:

• Signs of mechanical damage

• Traces of exposure to chemical substances (including chlorine, iodine, mercury, and similar chemicals)

Recommendations for Using Silver Jewelry:

To extend the life and beauty of your silver jewelry, we recommend:

1. Store silver jewelry in special pouches or containers to prevent tarnishing and scratches.

2. Do not wear silver jewelry in swimming pools or chlorinated water, as this may cause deformation and color changes.

3. Do not stretch, squeeze, compress, or apply excessive pressure to the jewelry.
